SAS presents the topics of doctoral studies for the academic year 2022/2023

The research institutes of the Slovak Academy of Sciences (SAS) are gradually publishing the topics of doctoral studies for the academic year 2022/2023. Again, several supervisors decided to present their topics through video presentations and online meetings. Graduating university students or graduates can obtain detailed information not only about the topic, but also about the institute or center itself or about the conditions of acceptance. Presentations and videos were recently published by the SAS on its website.

SAS organizations are actively involved in the third level of higher education as an external educational institutions on the basis of Framework Agreements concluded with universities and their faculties. At the present, the SAS workplaces have concluded 132 such agreements. The most important partners of the SAS in doctoral studies are Comenius University in Bratislava (65 agreements), Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava (26 agreements) and Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice (14 agreements).

15 SAS organizations signed up for the virtual presentation, among them also the Biomedical Research center of the SAS, and their presentations are published on the SAS website (the website is in Slovak language, but several presentations are in English). Visitors will find more than 50 presentations, videos, as well as dates and links to individual ZOOM meetings with trainers.
